  1. TANOH YAH ANGE OCEANNE says:

    HOW TO OVERCOME GLOBAL POVERTY AND BUILD A PEACEFUL GLOBAL SOCIETY.

    Global poverty is a menace with that need to be ruled out of existence collective efforts. The global meltdown that hit the nations of the world years ago should not be given a second chance to survive or emerge again. It should therefore be dawn on us (the world)to collectively fight the entire root(s)of poverty. To successfully overcome poverty and build a peaceful global society, the following factors or measures should strictly be adhered to;
    Youth enlightenment programs/employment: There is a saying that an idle man is the devil’s workshop. Today unrest experienced in all the nooks and crannies of the world today is caused by some youths who are either under-employed or out of the circle of employment. This has led to economic recession and social instability. In Nigeria, the activities of boko haram , an insurgent group have left homes desolate, families displaced, life unsafe, economy crumbled and the nation ungovernable. This has not only affected Nigerians but the nations of the world. This has reduced our trade level with other nations, resulting to unfavorable trade, reduced investment and unemployment etc. The problem of insurgency in Nigeria and other neighboring countries has led to global poverty; because money and time meant to develop other sectors of the economy by Nigeria government and other government of the world is budgeted to fight terrorism. To nip this problem in the bud, youths enlightenment programs/seminars should be organized on a regular basis, internationally and nationally. Also, the youths should be massively employed, the will help to adjust the scale of poverty to wealth creation and will massively build a peaceful global society.
    Diversification in the economy: To successfully overcome global poverty and build a peaceful global society, the economy should be diversified. In Nigeria for instance, oil contribute 80% of our (gross domestic product) if the economy is diversified to include the maxima utilization of other resources, such as coal, zinc tin, agriculture etc., poverty will be a song of the past and global peace will reign supreme, because may investors would be attracted. These same recommendations should be adapted by other countries.
